The 3rd Total Support Kaizen Rally for the Asia & Oceania Region was held in Tokyo, Japan from 25th – 26th of March 2014. This is an annual event was organized by HINO Motors Limited Japan and was attended by participants from 17 countries across the Asia & Oceania region.

The Total Support Kaizen Rally was divided into 2 categories i.e. Kaizen Rally and Exhibition category. HINO Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd participated in both categories. 1st place Kaizen Rally was won by New Zealand and 2nd was Taiwan. HINO Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd came out 3rd place which was represented by Mr Redzuan Albakri Abdullah (AGM Parts & Service) and Mr Tan Wee Shern (Parts Regional Officer). In the exhibition category Taiwan was declared the winner.

Participants also had the opportunity to visit the HINO Hamura Plan, Customer Technical Centre and Uome Warehouse and Tokyo HINO Mizuho Branch - Sales, Service Workshop and Parts.
