In line with DHCV’s objective to develop a network to meet the set sales volumes and customer's expectation that would ultimately contribute positively towards the company’s financial position, the 3S Centre is equipped with a showroom that can display up to three vehicles. It also offers a comfortable customers lounge with refreshments and WiFi, a service centre with a total of 12 service bays, as well as spare parts under one roof for the convenience of its customers.

With a total built-up area of more than 30,000 square feet, the fully-fledged 3S Centre is currently operated by a group of well-trained technical staff. They bring with them  the technical know-how of Tata vehicles which they have acquired via training programmes organised locally and overseas under the purview of technical experts from Tata Motors.

The service centre is also equipped with Tata Motors' latest diagnostic equipment and special tools to carry out complete service maintenance and major repairs. Other services available are the overhaul room for engine and gearbox, lubricating and diagnostic room, making it a comprehensive service centre for Tata vehicles.

To date, DHVC has appointed seven dealers nationwide, namely in Selangor, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Johor and Sabah, in its effort to reach out and provide better facilities for customers nationwide. DHCV targets to have 20 3S Centre throughout Malaysia by mid- 2016.
The media visit to the 3S Centre also witnessed the handover of Tata vehicle to three DHCV’s customers:  Biforst Logistics Sdn Bhd, LB Trucks and Tractors Sdn Bhd and MSS Asia Logistic Sdn Bhd.
