Lu & Sons Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (LSESB) started their loyal partnership with HINO 31 years ago back in 1984 in Bintulu and started with 2S Dealer (Service and Parts). Due the booming economy and rapid development in Bintulu, the Managing Director of LSESB, Mr Lu Kui Tiong, with a vision that the increasing industrial and commercial activities in Bintulu will definitely increase the demand for commercial vehicle and higher quality after sales service. In 1996, he decided to upgrade to 3S dealer to better serve the increasing demand. He is very optimistic of being a Hino Authorized Dealer with a simple reason that Hino has full commercial vehicle line up with a “Perfect Fit” for every customer’s need.
In 1997, LSESB was upgraded to become a 3S dealer and moved to a new 3S Center at Jalan Nyigu, Bintulu. Even after 31 years, Mr Lu Kui Tiong is confident simply because Hino is a brand that is constantly improving and evolving to cater for market demand and provide excellent support to dealer. Besides Bintulu and Kuching, LSESB also has 3S branches in Sibu and Miri to provide seamless customer service coverage in Sarawak.
Lu & Sons Engineering Sdn Bhd (NEW) in Kuching 3S Center is located at Lot 3719, Block 24, MTLD 26, Lorong Stakan Light Industrial, Stakan Light Industrial Estate, 94300 Kota Samarahan, Sarawak. This newly upgraded centre comprises a spacious new office and showroom, administration office with a workshop for repairs and maintenance works. It is staffed by a team of 12 skilled HINO technicians which can serve up to 30 HINO trucks or buses per day in accordance to HINO's highest standard of quality and safety. On the premises one finds 27 service bays, 2 express, 1 final inspection for MCV & HCV & Bus service and 6 bodywork bays which sums up to 36 bays in total. These bays operate depending on workload and configuration.
